RedVines To The Rescue!
After trying for 6 months to get the attention of the editor who covered bra and alike items - I realized I had to be a bit extra creative. DailyCandy was booming at that time with 2.5M subscribers and was the place to be featured - even more so than fashion magazines.
Thankfully they had listed the favorite candy of each editor on their Website. The final PR email I sent had the subject of: “RedVines For ...”. Delectably she immediately took notice this time! I also filled the box that included the bras with RedVines. She truly loved the bra and it’s absolutely one of the most entertaining, clever and witty articles published for Distraction Bra™. I’m truly grateful as it put my company on the map - generating over 20K weekly from one article.

UPN 13 News
UPN was the first media coverage of Distraction Bra™. The gorgeous Lauren Sanchez represented the engaging segment irresistibly. I literally was given hours by the brilliant and professional UPN 13 producer to prepare for a shoot they had scheduled. The 2 models tried all the main push-up bras on the market and gave their honest opinions.
The Distraction Bra was chosen as the only bra that added 2 full cups. UPN also focused on the natural form-fitting look and feel that the ladies noted and ranked the bra also as the most comfortable push-up bra.
UPN ran the segment a few times, with women driving hours from surrounding cities such as San Diego to LA boutiques to purchase the bra. I was not selling the bra on my Website at that time yet.

Nervous, but excited, I managed to give out the host’s bra size while talking about the bra and she cleverly thanking me for exposing that personal information to all their listeners. Completely unintentional! They kindly asked me to come back for a second show since it turned out to be a hit thankfully. This time I kept her bra size discreet.
Salam Magazine Top 10 Sexiest Iranian Women
Being Persian, this one certainly did not sit well with my father initially due to the word “sexiest”- especially that he found out before I did through one of his clients. I was not aware of Salam Magazine as it was their first issue and as some media outlets, they did not contact me first. I was honored to be among great company along with Shohreh Aghdashloo - the Oscar nominated and Emmy winner actress, Dineh Mohajer of Hard Candy and more awe-inspiring ladies.
